Our Function Room
Our function room offers a versatile and welcoming space suitable for a wide range of occasions. With a capacity of up to 90 guests and its own dedicated dance floor, it provides an ideal setting for both formal and informal events.
The room is well‑suited for:

- Birthday celebrations
- Private parties and special events
The Perfect Setting For Your Event
To help you create the perfect atmosphere, the room can be dressed with tablecloths, chair covers, and chair bows coordinated to match your chosen colour theme. A small additional fee applies for this service.
The function room is free to hire for members. We ask for a £50 refundable deposit when making your booking.
If you are not currently a member, joining is simple – membership is just £15, and once registered, you can enjoy free room hire along with all other member benefits.
Conditions of Use
Please note, you are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and you are liable to pay for the cost of any damage incurred. We request a refundable deposit of £50 when booking the room.
The club is allowed to sell alcohol every day until 11pm and all drinks must be consumed by 11:30pm, when the premises must be vacated.
At children’s parties, adequate adult supervision is required, a minimum of 1 adult per 10 children.
